Payment Schedule

Primary Policy for New Guests

  • 50% due at time of booking

  • Remaining balance due 150 day(s) before arrival

Repeat Guest Policy

  • 25% due at time of booking

  • 50% due 150 day(s) before arrival

  • Remaining balance due 90 day(s) before arrival

Cancellation Policy

All paid prepayments are non-refundable unless otherwise discussed or disclosed in your agreement upon booking.

Once Renter(s) deposit is received, all other prospective renters are blocked from renting the Rental for the dates reserved, therefore, if Renter(s) cancel the reservation at any time, the deposit is not refundable. The full balance of the rent is due one hundred fifty (150) days from the check-in. A one hundred fifty (150) day notice is required for cancellations.

 

Cancellations that occur within one hundred fifty (150) days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment and security/damage deposit. Every effort will be made to re-rent the house after a cancellation. If house is re-rented for the same time period, and the same rent amount, the full rent less a $100 administrative fee, will be refunded. If the unit is rented for a lesser amount, the difference between the two rental amounts, plus the $100 administrative fee will be the refunded amount. The minimum cancellation fee is the deposit and the $100 administrative fee.

 

If you have any concerns about unforeseen cancellations, you may want to consider private Trip Insurance, with a private carrier.

 

There are many companies that provide this type of insurance and Management does not endorse any one company. Failure to make scheduled payment one hundred fifty (150) days from check-in will be considered a cancellation.

Security deposit

A refundable security deposit is always due. This varies on length of stay and will be returned upon inspection of home when you depart. 

Other Important Notes

  • All stays require a cleaning fee

  • A mid-stay clean is required for guests staying more than 21 nights

  • Rates do not include 12% Florida tax

  • Dogs are welcome at Casa de los Sueños for a fee of $150+12% Florida tax for each dog

  • Casa de los Sueños maintains a strict no-smoking policy throughout the property, including all forms of smoking both inside and outside. We kindly ask you to discuss these guidelines with your party in advance to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for everyone.

  • We are pleased to provide an elevator for your convenience during your stay. To prevent any potential disruptions during your stay, we recommend limiting the use of the elevator whenever possible.
